The beautiful hamlet of Nesfield between Ilkley and Addingham on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales was the venue for The Hog Roasting Company to provide catering in the form of hog roast hire with a tasty free range pig cooked to perfection and served in sandwiches with apricot stuffing and our special dijon mustard apple sauce by our excellent team.
As part of the catering we served a selection of canapes for guests to enjoy while listening to the band and we were finishing roasting the free range pig in our new machine that is also available for hog roast hire on it’s own without the staff if you are interested in serving yourself, making a saving or run a commercial business where you may just want to hire the machine on its own.
The 3 piece band that accompanied us while we cooked and served the Hog Roast near Ilkley and Addingham were great fun, I tried to catch a video of them playing Jungle Books King of the Swingers which you can see in the clip below but unfortunately it didn’t come out quite as well as I’d hoped from my phone and reflect how good and how much fun they were.

We had a Happy Hog Roast in Halifax, Yorkshire after the looming grey skies and rain parted for a lovely day for the Birthday party garden event.
As well as the tasty whole free range hog roast hire served in sandwiches we provided tomato mozzarella salad with fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil and some balsamic glaze. Mixed green salad with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil and pan fried chorizo in soy and honey which was very well received by all of the guests and we thank them for all of their kind comments.
Recently it was a pleasure to provide a tasty Hog Roast for Queensbury Life Church at Victoria Hall in Queensbury, Bradford, West Yorkshire which proved to be an atmospheric and dramatic evening.
The building itself is very atmospheric due to its Queen Anne architectural style, built with local labour and designed by architect TH & F Healey in 1887 to commemorate Queen Victoria’s jubilee. But there was also a misty low cloud that added to its sense of intrigue. Although the kids club prior to the event proved a little dramatic as the fire alarm kept going off for some unknown reason and the fire brigade duly turned up!!!
Our fully catered Hog Roast Hire with 3 trained staff to ensure prompt serving of the tasty hog roast sandwiches was well received by everyone at the Queensbury Life Church and it was a pleasure to meet everyone there.
