With it being such a warm winter the last of the organic apples for Hog Roast apple sauce have just been cropped from one of the little orchards in Baildon, near Guiseley and Shipley in West Yorkshire which will be served with our hog roasts when we are providing outside catering.

Over Christmas we have been using a date stuffing and into the spring generally a apricot one, although all stuffing is made to order to we can of course make your preference.

The free range pork was served in sandwiches at the guests request but there was also platters of meat presented on the table so that guests could help them selves to freshly cooked pork with salads and french bread if they preferred.

Arborists have forecast a bumper a crop for our apple trees this year meaning we will be able to make lots of tasty home made apple sauce to go in your Hog Roast sandwiches.
Our apple trees are in Esholt near Baildon where the TV program Emmerdale Farm is set and used to be filmed, this lies between Shipley in Bradford and Guiseley in Leeds.
