Delicious and interesting canapes are a great into to your event and really help make it stand out as a special occasion. Always really appreciated by the guests to take the edge off while they are having a few drinks before it is time for the mains.
Our current canape menu includes;
Pan fried chipolata sausages in hoisin sauce with sesame seeds.
Baby brushetta with cream cheese, caramelized onion chutney and chives
Award winning pork pies with piccalilli
Baked cherries and dates wrapped in bacon served on cocktail sticks
Pan fried chorizo in honey and soy
Stilton and grape bites
Where possible we cook and prepare the canapes on site, this always proves to be an interesting spectacle and always generates interest. Especially when pan frying the chorizo in honey and soy or the chipolata’s in hoisin with sesame seeds.
The canape deserts from our award winning bakers are a real treat and always a nice surprise for the guests. The chocolate brownie was in fact short listed for Deliciously Yorkshire awards. These are cut into small pieces and served to your guests.
The lemon tart is also a winner along with the Chantilly Profiteroles filled with cream from the Yorkshire Dales dairy in Grassington and topped with chocolate sauce.
All canapes can also be served at tables as starters or full deserts for events where food is served sat at a table.
